At Unicorn & Butterflies, we are committed to delivering high-quality transformational coaching and programs. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a transparent and fair refund policy.

1. Coaching Sessions (1:1)

• All 1:1 coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked and confirmed
• You may request to reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ prior notice
• Missed sessions or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be forfeited without refund

2. Workshops & Group Programs

• Fees for workshops and group programs are non-refundable once the program has started
• If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to a future batch (subject to availability and approval)
• No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or missed sessions

3. Online Courses (Digital Products)

• Due to the instant access nature of digital content, all course purchases are non-refundable
• Please review program details carefully before enrolling

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Refund or transfer requests in exceptional cases will be reviewed at our discretion.

5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days
• The amount will be credited via the original payment method
